The hotel offered an excellent location, placing me close to many attractions. The staff were friendly, assisting with restaurant recommendations. I appreciated the tram access right outside the hotel. The hotel provided a welcome drink upon arrival. Breakfast included fresh pastries and fruit. We loved the decor in the common areas and rooms. It added to the overall charm of the hotel

great location excellent staff small gift
I appreciated the location. Many attractions were within walking distance. the staff offered excellent local restaurant recommendations close by. the included tile gift and cherry brandy were great touches.
my room was smaller than expected.

the rooms are nicely furnished and well kept. small extras include a coffee machine and pasteis de nata. the beds are comfortable, but i'd recommend asking for extra pillows, as the standard ones are quite soft.

the staff members were friendly and helpful. the location within the oldest area was great. the rooms were clean throughout my stay.
the room i booked was smaller than advertised. the grey carpet had some stains. i noticed light pollution due to the building lights at night.
